Our room was modern and well renovated provided with great views, a balcony, as example. The hotel was situated in the remote location in a lovely area. The food at the attached restaurant was fine, greatly enjoyed this place.

beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
I stayed for 5 nights in a Standard Single Room and was captivated by the fine mid-century architecture reminiscent of Oscar Niemeyer's vision. The breakfast selection was a good surprise, with a wide variety of options, made every morning special. Enjoying the serene views of Lago Paranoá from the outdoor swimming pool was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.
do recommend 😊❤️

The hotel represents very well the arquiteture of the city and is placed ina a quite area.
The shower is awful. I needed 20min every time I wnated to take a bath just to regulate the temperature. The balcony has a high parapet so you cant sit and enjoy the view. If you want to stay staring at the lake you must keep stand. The internet at the rooms is with cable and the cable is very short. You cant acess the internet layed in the bed.

Nice stay, as always. Well renovated room, quiet, with a nice garden view and balcony, for instance. Polite service, very very good breakfast. Great pool area too. Location right by the grounds, Brasilia for the design, and the highlights. Nice food at the attached restaurant...

The shower had maintenance issues, with a slippery floor posing safety risks, and some burnt-out lamps in the room went unresolved despite notifications. The absence of dining options during the day and limited WiFi access made it tough to work from the hotel without an event.

This was perhaps the poshest hotel I've stayed at in Brazil (a clear notch above, say, the Deville or Golden Tulip standard) and a great value at the rate offered. The room was large, quiet, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The staff were courteous and helpful. The Niedermeyer architecture is interesting, if a bit impractical, and the setting is attractive, amidst a large lawn sloping down to the lake. We stayed only one night and did not dine in the restaurant, but it is beautiful and serves a fine example of the typical breakfast buffet of cafe com leite, juices, fruits, breads, scrambled eggs and meats.
The hotel seemed oddly empty: few cars in the parking lot, few other guests in evidence in the halls or at breakfast. That's certainly preferable to noisy crowds, but at times one had the eerie sensation of being in an architectural museum rather than a functioning hotel. Because of the isolated setting, a car /taxi would be needed to go anywhere other than the next hotel over.

Request a room with a lake view for fine sunsets. The architecture enhances the experience, and poolside relaxation is a must.

The renovation of the hotel has created an amazing destination for design afficionados.
We asked the front desk for an iron but they didn't have one. Not a big deal.

The architecture is amazing with its mid-century modern design, particularly the striking views of the lake from the pool area.
Noise from the restaurant's kitchen can be quite disruptive, affecting the comfort of guests in nearby rooms.

Good design, wonderful breakfast, nice park around the place & relaxed atmosphere.
Horribly slow internet (cable only, room wifi was down at the time of my stay), no ATM anywhere near the hotel (you are forced to pay for trips in other currencies with yuck rates & have to take cab to change money), old TV.

I had an amazing stay, especially enjoying the very nice lake views while lounging at the pool, but the breakfast service was really disappointing, taking forever to get service.

Noisy- can hear the neighbours, Bad location, far from everything, no shops, only one expensive restaurant. Internet only for one computer in the guestrooms, no WIFI (only in the lobby). Staff not helpful, and not friendly at all (reception).
